Hatha Yoga: Exercise & Relax
Improve your muscle tone, strengthen your body, increase your flexibility and develop your balance. Experience the benefits of relaxing your body with the postures and calming your mind. Our Yoga classes end with a calming and centering final relaxation and visualization exercise.
These classes are appropriate for people new to yoga, Beginners and Intermediate level. Students are encouraged to listen to their body and for each class, work to the level appropriate for them that day. These Yoga classes are semi-private and are located in a home-based Yoga Studio in Mississauga near Eglinton & Mavis.
